I required an accountant for CGT help and requested through Team Bark. Within half an hour Mobassher had called me and asked more details. He then answered my questions and very clearly explained what needed to be done and their charges.I had what I thought was an unusual situation with taxes etc but Mobassher fully understood my situation. I accepted their help and Mobassher was always very quick to respond. When sending details or attachments, if they weren't clear enough or needed more details he was very quick to find an alternative method. Everything could have been done online but I still like the in-person approach and he was very accommodating in making an appointment so we could go thru the form in the office. Always wanting to make sure I understood everything. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend and definitely use again if I need.

Happy with service and was given a decent advise Usman. Always helpful and available in need of help. Reliable accountant and highly recommended. I surprisingly got a tax refund because the Adept advise me to invest in the right time which resulted in super allowance deducted and I ended up getting tax refund.
